If you placed your order on a weekday (Mon – Friday)
i. From 15:00 to 17:00 : we are sorry to inform you that your order has already been fulfilled and cannot be canceled.
ii. Before 15:00 : for orders placed within 17:00 the day before to 15:00 the day of, you can cancel or edit your order through your “order history” or order confirmation mail.
iii. After 17:00 : for orders placed after 17:00 the day of to 15:00 the next day, you can cancel or edit your order through your “order history” or order confirmation mail.

Our products are shipped from Korea and are normally delivered
within 4-5 days if there are no issues with address, customs, and sold outs.
Once it arrives in your country (2 days from departure), it then
depends on FedEx's situations such as weather issues, delays, etc..
Please note that all those dates are based on business days,
not including any weekends or holidays.
And please note that it takes at least 1 day for us to process the order
after you place it (2-3 days if you place the order on Friday afternoon or on weekends)!
If your order has not yet been shipped or isn't in the process of being packed, you can edit or cancel your order within 24 hours.

If the incorrect address or the incorrect number was provided by you and your package was already delivered, unfortunately FedEx will not compensate for this matter. Please kindly be advised that we can proceed with the compensation only if you ask within a month of the delivery date. Since we are not able to track the shipping status, we delete all the shipping data after a month.
If you receive a damaged packaging, we'll ship you a replacement of the exact item or we'll give you a refund. Please email us your inquiry with three pictures as mentioned below.

If your package arrived missing an item or with incorrect items, please email us at help@andar-global.com
In this case, we would kindly like to ask you for a photo of all the items that you received, showing that you are missing an item(s) or the items are incorrect.
Your prompt reply would be appreciated, as we won't be able to offer you any compensation after a month since the fulfillment of the package.
Please do not remove the tag if you received the items incorrectly.
We will prepare a pre-paid return label so that you can return the items.
However, please understand that the refund/replacement can only be offered
after we check the items that have been shipped for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot check or help you out if 14 days have passed since your package was delivered (based on the tracking status), as we are not authorized to keep the shipping records of the customer for more than a month. We appreciate your understanding.
Therefore, please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible.
There are several reasons as to why the package may be on hold. It can either be issues with the weather, customs clearance, delay in delivery, contact information, etc… Do not worry as your package will soon continue with the delivery as soon as the issue is solved. Please reach out to our customer service if there is no update on the tracking for more than a week.
