Shipping policy

 

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding Saturday, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of purchase. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team via the Help Center as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. If a shipment cannot be delivered, is delayed, or is returned due to inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent delivery information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipment fees, and any other additional shipping costs incurred. Before dispatch, if we identify a potential issue with the delivery address provided — including, but not limited to, an invalid postal code, incomplete address details, or a mismatch between the city and country — we may contact the customer to verify the correct delivery information. If we do not receive confirmation within 7 days of our notice, we may cancel the order to help prevent delivery failure, parcel loss, return shipping, or additional costs.

 

Please provide all necessary delivery instructions at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery. In challenging situations, such as a narrow stairway, delivery may not be possible. If additional manpower or special circumstances are expected, please notify us in advance. Our shipping team reserves the right to cancel the delivery if it is deemed unsafe.

 

If the delivered items are shipped incorrectly, please contact our customer service within 14 days, and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost. We offer delivery services to all areas within Australia.
