Shipping policy

 

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase (excluding Saturday, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

If there are any changes to the delivery address, please notify our customer service via the help center as soon as possible. If changes occur after the shipping process has begun, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

 

Please provide all necessary delivery instructions at least 2 days before the scheduled delivery. In challenging situations, such as a narrow stairway, delivery may not be possible. If additional manpower or special circumstances are expected, please notify us in advance. Our shipping team reserves the right to cancel the delivery if it is deemed unsafe.

 

If the delivered items are shipped incorrectly, please contact our customer service within 14 days, and we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost. We offer delivery services to all areas within Australia.
