"I ordered airywin wide leg pants in the wrong size, and I have to say the returns process is archaic. Can I recommend you create a form on your website for your returns process rather than too many long impersonal emails advising me how, why why and where to return my items. Then to be advised I returned an uninformed item which was a free gift that your wrvsite states must be returned also. This is the worst experience ever - i all i want to do was exhange sizes!! Which i still haven't received yet."
