After wearing it, the upper chest area felt slightly lifted/floating so I considered exchanging for M, but checking the detailed size info, only the bottom band length differs and there's no difference in cup size, so I confirmed the purchase! It seems for L size you fasten at the second hook from the innermost, and for M size you fasten at the very last hook. I thought I'd make flexible use of the hooks so I didn't exchange it.
